We are looking for one flatmate to join our 3 bedroom townhouse in Grey Lynn, just a short walk from Ponsonby.

*Close to Ponsonby with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants
*Walking distance to Woolworths supermarket
*Easy access to the motorway
*Convenient transport to the CBD, Newmarket, New Lynn and other areas

●Room
*Private bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom
*Rent : NZ$380 per week
*Rent includes power,water and WIFI, on site car parking space

●Bond
*2 weeks rent
*Fully refundable at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage or other issues.

●Tenancy
*Minimum stay: 3 months
*We are ideally looking for someone who is happy to stay long-term(6 months, 1 year or longer would be fantastic), although minimum stay is 3 months.
*Please give at least 3 weeks notice before moving out.

There are currently two of us living here:

1×Female(30s)
Ideally in their 30s with a similar lifestyle, but we are open to anyone who is respectful and responsible.

*Keeps their room and shared areas clean and tidy
