We are renting out a sunny, clean room in a three-story house located in Henderson.
The bathroom will be shared with one person (our daughter).
There is also a friendly small dog in the house.
The rent is $250 per week, including electricity, water and internet.

The bus stop is only 1-2 minutes on foot from the house. It takes about 40 to 50 minutes by bus to get to CBD or Ponsonby.
It's 12 minutes by bus (6 minutes by car) to Westfield Waitakere Mall, and 24 minutes by bus (9 minutes by car) to Westgate Shopping Center.
Within walking distance, you will also find Woolworths, Pak'nSave, Asian supermarkets, KFC, Starbucks, Ajisen Ramen, McDonald's, Burger King, and various cafes, so the neighborhood is very convenient.
We are a very cheerful and friendly family.
We are looking for a Japanese female tenant.
The room will be available from 3rd of September.
