This is a flat-share house located on Symonds Street, about a 15–20 minute walk from Auckland city center.

The flat is shared by students and working holiday makers, including Japanese and Koreans.

It is conveniently located near the University of Auckland, Auckland Hospital, Newmarket, and Mount Eden. the four squre shop and a Korean supermarket are just a 5-minute walk away.

Basic furniture—such as a bed, desk, and wardrobe—is provided, along with kitchenware. All utility bills are included.
(Please note that bedding, such as duvets and pillows, is not provided.)

The rent is $170 per week, which covers Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and other utilities.

A 3-week bond and a 3-week notice period are required.

Available for move-in from 14th Nov onwards.
