We’re looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to join our modern townhouse in Tauranga City. The house is only around one year old, so everything is still in excellent condition.

• Modern townhouse, approximately 1 year old
• New bed provided before move-in
• Almost everything in the house is new, including appliances and furniture
• Your own private bathroom (separate from our living area)
• Washing machine and household appliances provided
• Quiet and peaceful living environment
???? About Us
We are a couple living in the house with our young cat (under 1 year old). We’d love to hear from people who enjoy living with cats.

• Convenient Tauranga City location
• Countdown supermarket within walking distance
• Plenty of free street parking available nearby
???? Rent
• Single occupancy with private bathroom: $240 per week
• Couple/two people sharing the room: $200 per person per week
⚡ Utilities
Power and water bills are shared equally between all occupants.

Our current flatmate is moving out on 7 June, so the room will be available from then.
If you need accommodation before 7 June, we may be able to arrange a temporary stay in the living area until the room becomes available. A discounted rate will apply during that period.
