We are looking for a clean and respectful flatmate to join our modern townhouse, located in Tauranga City. The house is only 1 year old, making it a comfortable and quiet place to live.

About the house

* Modern townhouse (1 year old)
* New furniture, washing machine, bed, and appliances
* Private bathroom (separate from ours)
* Countdown supermarket is within walking distance
* Free street parking available nearby

Rent

* Single occupancy: $260/week (private bedroom + private bathroom)
* Couple: $210 per person/week

Utilities (electricity and water) are shared equally among all flatmates.

???? We also have a friendly one-year-old cat, so we’d love to hear from people who enjoy living with cats.

Move-in Date
Our current flatmates will be moving out on 20 August.

If you need accommodation before then, you’re welcome to move in earlier and stay in the living room temporarily. The rent will be discounted during this period, and you can move into the bedroom once it becomes available.
