The home has two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. You’ll have a bathroom exclusively for your use, so you won’t need to share it with us.

• Queen-size bed, clothes rack, small desk and chair
• Shared washing machine, fridge, dining table and kitchen
• Cookware and kitchen utensils available to share
• Dishwashing liquid and rubbish bags provided

Countdown supermarket, a laundromat and Asian grocery stores are approximately a three-minute walk away. Free street parking is also available nearby.

???? A quiet home where your privacy is respected
We respect each other’s space and independence while keeping communication friendly and easy. If you enjoy your own routine and personal time, this could be a great fit.

We don’t drink, smoke or host parties at home, making it a peaceful place to relax after work.

???? We also have one small cat, so cat lovers are welcome!

???? Weekly rent

• One person: $230 per week
• Two people: $200 each per week — $400 total
• Water and internet included
• Electricity costs shared separately

With your own bathroom, furniture already in place and shops just a short walk away, it’s an easy place to settle into.
