Flatmate Wanted – Nearly New Townhouse in Tauranga City

We are looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to join us in our townhouse, located in Tauranga City. The house is only one year old and is perfect for someone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live.

We are a couple living in the house with our one-year-old cat, so we would love to hear from people who like cats.

The house, washing machine, bed, and most of the furniture and appliances are all nearly new. You will also have your own private bathroom, completely separate from ours.

Location

* Walking distance to Countdown supermarket.
* Free street parking is available around the house.

Rent

* 1 person: Private room + private bathroom – $260/week
* 2 people sharing: $210 per person/week

Utilities

* Electricity and water are shared equally (total bill divided by the number of people living in the house).

Our current flatmates will be moving out soon, so the move-in date is flexible.

If you need to move in earlier, you’re welcome to stay temporarily in the living room until the bedroom becomes available. During this temporary period, the rent will be reduced.
